Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA MKVI GTI 18 Detroit Wheel

    Hi Guys,

    Recently had a running with the curb and, unfortunately, have a damaged alloy to show for it.

    Currently running 18" Detroits on my GTI, and am now in search of a replacement.

    If anyone has an 18" Detroit up for grabs please PM me. Just after the one wheel, and am only interested in new or near new condition. Wheel will need to be able to fit an MY11 MKVI GTI.
