just wondering the best place to get adapters is these days?

I'm after 5x112 --> 5x110.

you mean 5x100 to 5x112 yeah? as in your car is the 5x100 pattern.
lots of places, h&r, ecs, adaptec speedware, i think alex on here might be custom making them (not sure though...).

I bought mine from Adaptec Speedware for ~$400 shipped to my door. This was when the exchange rate was at $0.90USD.
