The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. • SA Mk1 2-door window regulator Urgent

Looking for a window regulator (the mechanism inside the door) to suit driver's side of a '76 2-door. Good working order second hand, or new (if they exist).

Prefer local but will buy from interstate if need be.

I need this fairly urgently as my window is stuck down and I can't really drive/park/leave exposed to the weather like that.

PM me if you can help.

    Thanks

      Hi, thanks for your reply.

Don't know if they're the same; I'd think not as the 2-door front doors and windows are bigger (longer). But I could be wrong. Anyone know?

I can pull one out later today or tomorrow, snap a pic and possibly compare to what you have if that helps

That would be great, thanks. If you're able to measure it or give some idea of dimensions that would be even better.

          Thank you.

Cool, thanks. I'm also gonna call the local wreckers and parts suppliers tomorrow to see if I have any luck.

I wonder if one from an aircooled beetle would fit....?
