Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA Dunlop Sports Maxx to Fit 18in Detroit

    Thanx to an unfortunate incident with a brick pole the other half has replaced a serviceable but rather ugly Detroit so yay I now have a full size spare for long trips but no tyre to go with it. Don't see the point of a brand new one for the spare so if anyone in Perth has one coming off in the near future that is legal ( the more legal the better ) I'd be happy to twist your arm for a 6 pack for it.
