  • VIC WTB/hire/borrow CAR TRAILER IN MELBOURNE 9/2/11-12/2/11

If anyone out there in Melbourne has a car trailer they are willing to let go for a few days please let me know, compensation (in either cash or beer) will be provided as well as that great feeling of knowing you'll be the main driving force in bringing a mk1 back to victoria to get up and running again.
Just to put it out there now, we are on our Ps but have managed to get a permit for the following dates (wednesday the 9th til saturday the 12th)
will be driving up to sydney then back again within those few days.

feel free to call me anytime on 0433371332
    would be greatly appreciated. cheers

Im pretty sure you can get a car transported from Sydney to Melbourne for around $300. (You would use more than tha towing)

easy for 300, and that is much cheaper
than your traveling down here and way back (plus you could make few bucks if you working for that 2 days...

              Cheers

My MK2 was shipped from Adelaide to Melb for $500 incl. insurance, at the time I was told that was one of the more expensive runs as they didnt have a heap of cars coming this way; Sydney to melb/vv is the milk run for shipping cars, my advice is get it freighted and avoid any Hume Fwy nightmare....

                FYI I used Manheims
                1990 MK2 GTI
                2009 MY10 Tiguan 147
                2010 MK6 GTI
