NSW MK1 interior door hardware

I am on the look out for a complete set of these items in the best condition available (ie. one for each of the doors in the car) for a MK1 4 door;

4 x Interior door pull/arm rests in BLACK

4 x Interior door release handles

1 x rear door ashtray in BLACK

Passenger side grab handle (the one on a 45 degree angle above the window winder)

If anyone is stripping out MK1 or has these parts kicking it in the shed - holler.

I've got a few to look at this week and then I am going to have to really need to scout further afield to find what I'm after.
