Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. • TAS Mk1 Wiring loom and fusebox

Looking for a wiring loom and fusebox to suit a 79 golf petrol engine.

Mine is a mess, and has got atleast 3-4 melted sections on the fusebox, fire waiting to happen i pressume

If i can i only get a decent fusebox ill just resolder and recover the engine loom as it has a few broken plugs ect.

If local i can assist in pulling it out,

edit, added photo of section i need of the wiring.
It covers the Coil wiring, starter motor, temp sender and windscreen wiper wiring

$185 is cost price mate, no profit for me as that is what it cost for each one(of the 3) i landed to my door, was going to help you out but maybe a second hand unit is the better option.
