VIC Input shaft to suit 4K 020 5 Speed box

As per title I need an Input shaft to suit 4K 020 5 Speed.

Ratios for this box are 3.45 2.12 1.44 1.13 0.89 3.94

So a shaft out out any of the following should work too

FM, FD, FK, 7G, 9A, AEN, ACD, AGB, 2Y

Will also consider a complete (dead or alive) close ratio 5 speed 020 box.
