something happened to mine at the panel beater and I know for sure he won't replace them lol..

anyone got any spares lying around? If they're cheap and cheerful, let me know

There's a Seat Ibiza and Toledo wrecking @ Pick n Payless Blacktown, I remember lifting the hatch on one of them and it didn't collapse on me so I think there's a set there! The hatch strut should be the same. If not, a Toyota Starlet hatch strut would do the trick also.

Falcon struts work as well, its just you need to make the appropriate mount/bolt point to make it work really well.

Falcon struts fit fine, thats what I have in mine at the moment.
Bought a pair of brand new ones delivered off eBay for about $25.

yeah I paid $30 for mine from Peps, there is a place in Whetheril park that make custom gas-struts to any legnth or compression if you're interested!
