Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

    Hey Mark.
If you're looking to spend a bit (about $900 to get them down here from Sydney) you could have a set of late model Corolla black steelies with brand new R888's on them. I sort of want them, but I like throwing cars into corners at 60km/h. haha.

yeah a bit pricey for me.. wanna cheaper set that i can chuck a set of tyre on and bang the hubcaps on. cheaper alternative to getting a set of rims and look sick .... i do like my retro look, want it to look something like this....

Yeah that's understandable. Slow n low, hey.
I'd try for some aircooled hubcaps if I was you. Like these.
