NSW Front Tow Hook (coloured) to suit Mk4 R32

Does anyone have or know where to get one of those tow hooks for the front of the MK4 .:R's

Also is it a defect to have it attached to the front at all times?

cant imagine so, think of all the 4x4s with them, even our cars have them on all the time on the rear, so you should be fine (i havent read the rules though so dont quote me haha).
will that one "swing" when you drive? wouldnt want it kicking up into your bumper
