They will be fine aslong as you have a hubcentric wheel (ie the centre bore isn't too big and is the correct size for your hub).

Can that be solved by using the rings (forget the name) to increase the centre bore? or is wobble bolts and the ring to much?

Hubcentric rings will work fine.

Pretty much every set you'll see will have staggered offsets.
Although the rolling diameter would be consistent across the wheels, will the staggering cause any issues with the R32's AWD system?

You don't tend to see WRX/EVos/ AWD Skylines running staggered - wondering if the same rules apply...?
