4mo/R32/S3 rear discs are vented. It's more like a front hub on the back, with the drive going through it.
Was the same with my G60 syncro Passat. The rear shock was the same dimensions as a MK1 Golf front!!
Hence drilled discs were 11quid for the back, being the same as the base model MK1.

Havent actually looked at a 4mos rear brakes up close....in the end it doesnt bother me and she pulls up beautifully. My friend commented after 'almost' missing a driveway that I needed to turn into, that "I almost lost my teeth" hehehe.
I'm just being pedantic and think some wheels look a bit average with small discs

theres a couple R32 drivers getting the kit, should organise a back to back drive. 4Mo and R32 rear rotors are 256mm vented I believe. The FWD models didn't get vented rears (or rears as big).Originally posted by Gravey View PostNothing to see here...Comment
