G'day,
My sister has a mk5 FSI 2005 model with a 6 speed (or at least it used to be a 6 speed)..
The other day, it locked up on her. As though it was stuck in 2 gears.. Anyway, long story short, the gearbox is buggered, and apparently that has also stuffed the clutch.. (Something about a gear being pushed out the front of the box, and going through the clutch: sounds hard to believe, but remotely plausible).
Wondering if anyone has a mk5 6 speed gearbox for sale.
