  • NSW 9N3 Polo GTI 1.8T parts

Looking at used options for the following parts before I go ordering new parts off the internet. Needs to fit a Polo 1.8T.

    - [s]FMIC kit [/s]
    - TIP
    - K04 turbo or other bolt on upgrade.

    Cheers
    Grant

You could do to be a bit more specific on the turbo you want.
The TIP needs to match the turbo.

A K04 would require additional hardware on top of the turbo itself. Injectors and MAF housing.
It's been a long while since I saw a front mount for sale. Have a look at airtec, seat sport or maybe well vooler. You will need to get pipework made to suit.

I've been looking at the airtec kit but it's over $1k delivered so I'm testing the waters here to see if there are any 2nd hand kits available... Same with the darkside/seat sport option.

My goal here is to finally go stage 2 (I have a downpipe already fitted) but I figured if I could get a direct swap k04 at a good price (like in the APR kit) I could do it all at once and get a single tune. Would a forge TIP fit the direct swap k04?

I can do a ball hybrid k03, similar sized to a gtx2860 gen 2 or a journal bearing hybrid k03, that’s larger than a k04 but direct for
        91' Golf mk2 GTi 1.8t (soon to be gtx3076’d)
        Golf mk2 GTi 8v
        02' Audi S3 (soon to be gtx3076’d)

Any further details on a ball hybrid k03? I've been looking at beach buggy turbos K300.

Just bit the bullet and ordered a airtec fmic kit.

Let me know what details you’re after and I’ll fill you in.

It’s dual ceramic ball bearing, should do over 300hp comfortably and likely closer to 350+hp. It’ll be extremely good with longevity, especially with increase boost levels

I have this gauge in my Polo, it will swing past the V in VDO with no problems.
