frame could do with a spray, and has a small dent from previous owner, presumably from the handlebars swinging around and hitting the frame. But for the sum of its parts, if you dont like the frame buy the bike and put them on a frame of your choice!
Rides smooth and silent and its dam fast with the tall gearing, a whole lot of fun around a velodrome
