Nope, that was the only problem that I had with my D60 unfortunately.

That's the afs version. This is the af version. If you can get a 50 afs for $100... I'd steer well clear of it!!!

hehe. I have the same problem. Because.
I have the same bloody camera. haa... My dad has a Sigma 50mm f1.4, but thought it'd be nice to have a personal one too.
oh well.
