found this on a street collection still in the original box and books minus battery , so bought a new batt , and bang away it went....... the wheels are a bit brittle so i will rebuild this baby and when my son gets a bit older will pass it on ........

Any hobby shop will have new wheels and tyres for those.

          Plenty of places online too.

              Nice, dude!

Make a front strut brace for it, they break there.

I had one when I was a kid. The rear wheels are notoriously weak.

              Good luck with it mate.

Haha, awesome pic mate, was jealous of my mates one, he was 8yrs old with a super hornet... that was badass made my quickdrive look slow... but still couldnt keep up with my older brothers Yokimo (not sure about spelling) haha. I also remember you put some duct tape around the buldge at the back where the motor is because that bit bottoms out and gets scratched up. and a bit of duct tape along under the front wing helps as a skid plate too just so the tape gets worn off instead of the plastic.

                Great find.

oh man i miss my super hornet!! just an epic donut machine for a 10 year old, i remember having to charge the battery on the car batt while it was parked in the garage only to have my mum goto the shops and lose the charger and battery . what you wont want to hear was she moved o/s 6 months ago and gave it away minus the batt and charger STILL
