Theyre supposed to help your performance with sports and stuff.Ive always been skeptical, but I used one when I played basketball the other night and it was one of the best games Ive played so theyre sort of converting me now. Also wore it at cricket last weekend and got a duck lol, so maybe it doesnt.... but who knows?

i call BS

its all "based" in the specific frequency that they have somehow trapped within the hologram on the wristband. FFS people, a hologram cannot trap a frequency. Speak to hologram manufacturers or read up on what they are (they refract light in a pretty cool way, but don't trap frequencies). EVEN IF they did, its presumable we're referring to the natural resonant freq of the body, and each person NRF is inherently different.

it has to be placebo. the mind is a truly amazing and powerful thing. I took a gamble once and swapped most of my HSC study time to learn how to learn (I studied memory techniques, how the brain works, how to learn properly, mental foods, etc) and i ended up memorising easily all of my info and essays and formulae and breezed through my exams in no time with absolutely zero stress. I am convinced of the power of the mind, and thats the kind of stuff that can be proven - certainly not this garbage.

Although, if I was truly smart I would have been the guy that created this, or Firepower Fuel pills made by the guy that killed the Sydney Kings (Firepower International - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) or Snake Oil or any of the other scams.

Bottom line, if it truly gives you an edge because of the placebo or mental edge it gives you then clearly keep using it. I am all for superstitions and stuff, especially with athletes. But don't believe in the product cause its BS.

Lastly, check this out. Today Tonight (not exactly a stand-up show by any means) ran a story selling the power band's benefits. They were smashed by complaints and stuff and so ran a follow-up story. read the comments, they're gold.

could you do us a favour and run some home tests? the band increases core strength by 500% so do some sit-ups and push-ups with and without the band. maybe pass the band to someone but dont tell them what it does (say it wards off bacteria or something) and see if they benefit.
