Hey mate, to get the picture up in your post, all you need to do is go to an image-hosting site like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com, and upload the picture (I think you have to join for photobucket, but it's free and it's handy)

Then just copy and paste the IMG /IMG code that you'll see in one of the links.
