Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • WTB: Mazda 121 Metro rear QTR window, Passenger side.

    Hey all,

I'm just after a good-condition fixed section of the rear passenger window for a 1997 Mazda 121 Metro for my little sister. Her car was broken into tonight and they smashed that window as they couldn't force the passenger lock open. I thought it might be worth a shot on here.

Here is a picture depicting what was broken.

I am assuming that this model has common window design along it's entire model lifespan.

I'm located in Brisbane. Please PM me if you can help, or possibly suggest a forum that may know more about this model (I don't know much about them).

    Thanks,
    Matt.

      Hey mate,

we got it replaced a few weeks ago by another guy. Did a horrible job though, next time I'll be sure to make it a more reputable company.
