These VW Davenport wheels are a Volkswagen specified 18 inch upgrade for Tiguan for cars that may have been originally delivered with either 16 or 17 inch wheels. As such they have the correct ET43 rim offset for the Tiguan's steering and suspension components with the recommended 235x50x18 tyre fitted to the 7 inch wide rim.
All four Davenport wheels are absolutely unmarked with no gutter graze or stone chips. The wheels are currently fitted with Pirelli Cinturato P1 tyres that have been well looked after with weekly tyre pressure checks and six monthly wheel alignments. The tyres have even wear with no shading and are estimated to have at least 12,000 Kms remaining life.
Apart from the 18 inch wheel upgrade benefits to the Tiguan's steering and overall handling, the Davenport's 10-spoke wheel design with a mix of bright silver and shadow chrome, considerably improves the curb appeal of the Tiguan.
At $650 for the package of four 18 inch rims and P1 tyres, it is a low cost way to freshen up an older Tiguan with a genuine VW 18 inch wheel upgrade.
