Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • NSW FREE - 1 litre oil bottles

I have a few (maybe 8-10) clean 1litre and 2 litre oil bottles that I thought some of you might like / need. Especially those of you that have cars that like a drink.

You can have them for free.

    Pick-up only.

I live at Carss Park near Hurstville / Blakehurst.

No need for complicated arrangements. Just tell me when you are dropping past and how many you want and I'll leave them on the verandah.

If you are really keen I can meet you near where I work in the CBD close to Wynyard / Martin Place.

For those that don't quite understand the concept...

    These are clean, empty bottles.

You buy 5L of oil at the cheap bulk rate and decant into the smaller bottle to carry around in the car.

The label on the outside of the bottle is irrelevant.
