Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • WA mk1 extractors

    The extractors i ordered have arrived from south africa and i have changed my mind fitting these for the only reason as im not modding .
    They are 4 into 2 into 1 .
    The engine they were going to be fitted on was a dx 1.8l gti

    Black mild steel , i will get some pics up later in the week as they are not at my house .

    Depending on what motor replaces my blown one i might grab these. Be keen for some photos.

        they are at the work shop at the moment ...they were going to replace my stock down pipes , but im to scared to start modding my gti ... will get the pics soon buddy ....

          gav to be honest im not sure . A custom euro tuner in perth got them for me with a shipment of parts fro south africa ... sorry i cant be more helpfull at the moment .
