No it doesn't come with the Bluetooth kit. Came out of my MK5 GTI Pirelli

I've got an OEM 9W2 Bluetooth Kit Already installed to my RCD300 on my '07 Mk5 2.0 TDI which I believe is compatible. I see you have latest map updates but apart from installation, what isn't included?

Yes 9W2 is definitely compatible as that is what I used. It comes pre installed with latest v7 maps. Im happy to supply a copy of the DVD & Firmware too in case you ever need to reinstall? It also comes with the GPS antenna that sits above the unit (necessary for all retrofitted RNS510) without the factory installed shark fin antenna. And comes with the security code. So basically everything you need.

Another thing, this is one of the only units that will be compatible with your car without having you upgrade your Can gateway to a newer revision as the revision C models and later will cause battery drain on your car.
