Some things to clear on my part out exercise:

A pair of rear Adam's rotor double slot, used with 11.7mm thickness left. Min wear limit is 10mm.

Size is 286mm and will suit Mk5 GTI and Mk6 GTI (with TRW rear brakes, built prior to September 2010), and any VAG cars with PR code 1KV,1KY,1KZ for the rear brakes, e.g. Tiguan.

suitable for any golf 5 & 6 (non R32/R). small upgrade to golf mk6 gti's post november 2010 build that come with smaller rear brakes 272cm instead of 286cm.

the above rear calipers came off a vw golf mk5 gti and i used them in my mk6 gti (to replace the smaller mk6 gti 272cm rear brake discs and very limited rear pads options).

as far as i know, these can fit golf mk5 and 6 cars as they share similar rear axle uprights.

not sure, never had a passat but assuming 07 passat comes with rear electronic brakes (like in passat r36), then no.
