Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

            Ahh i didn't think about that. No they aren't bolted in. If they were I'd be using them haha. They will require modification to fit anything other than a mk5 platform.

                What year and how many ks have they done? Are there any stains or marks that cant be cleaned up?

                  Not sure of the year or km's to be honest. They came in the boot of the mk3 I bought as a project. As for marks or stains, apart from needing a nice dose of leather conditioner they're pretty sweet. Obviously second hand, but still very good.
