Has the center console been cut ? the photo isn't very clear, the middle part suppose to be cigarettes tray.

No hasn't been cut, the ash tray isn't in when the photo was taken but is included with sale. There was a couple of screw holes on the side from a car phone but I have plasti-welded the holes in and are barely noticeable.
