Hi all,

- Transverse mounted Hi Flow exhaust manifold. Usual upgrade for Frankenstein turbo's or anything bigger. Has had some minor repair works to weld a crack (common with these manifolds) in the collector side. Method/process was to put the collector under tension-stress (as if it had a turbo mounted) and weld the section within the collector with a proper cast welding rod. $100 + shipping.

I'll assume Sydney 2000 as postcode. Regular postage via AusPost online calculator at 10kg (squaring off the weight - it's not accurate), it's telling me $20.95.

I had the same clutch in my A3 with JBS04 turbo on. It's built for plenty of power. Came from Australian clutch services in Adelaide. I don't remember the specs but it was over $800 just for the cover and plate at the time.

FYI Polo's are DMF from the factory Mike.

Thanks Gav for clarifying. I always knew I was sitting on a gold mine but happy to take offers. If I wasn't already committed to a lightweight flywheel for mine, this wouldn't be listed. It would have around 10k kms on it by the way it looks. I did say there's no bolts but I can find used ones for it, if it will seal a deal...

Around $20 to 2112 from me. Auspost calculator showing $20.10 signature on delivery. Could vary as I haven't weighed it accurately (6kg VS what it really is).

Bump for a cleaned up original #1 thread. Removed the small-port longitudinal intake manifold. Listed a Genuine GT2871R turbo with Eliminator housing which will bolt straight up to a Passat B5 or you can make it work with just about any low-mount setup. Setup will/can come with either longitudinal manifold or transverse manifold (if not sold earlier). Will consider serious offers as the sale of this will aid with my build progression.
