$1500 negotiable. I could change the timing belt and water pump for a metal one for basically cost of parts.

ATM I'm looking to sell the engine and wiring loom together.

I can sell the engine with an 02a gearbox for anyone that wants to put it in a mk1, 2 or 3, let me know and we could work out a price. Also I can get a chipped ecu with no immobiliser and also know of a conversion loom for all the models.

Roof lining is pretty good, could probably do with a bit of a clean I think. But not sagging at all and its got a sunroof.

Yep, roof lining was great, pretty clean too from what I saw! If my model had a sunroof I would've grabbed it for sure.

I remembered as I drove off I wanted the sun visors! If I can bags them and their clips, I'll grab them as soon as I'm back out there, probs in a week when the paint's done.

Also, for others looking, the interior was pretty good, better than most I've seen, no bad fading like most others either on the seats. Black/Grey GTI seats, way better and more modern than the Black/Red ones for sure IMHO.

                          Pics of seats/interior later ..

                                Parting Mk4 Golf Gti

They all looked to be there dubster.

Also, engine and components are all stock, and looks solid, all hoses etc look in good condition, not dry and brittle etc. Only a small bit if residual oil up the top on the right, just looks like rocker cover gasket if anything, it's that high. I'm sure it's nothing, especially to someone doing a whole engine transplant! Otherwise, it all looks good (except squished radiator etc). Solid AGU 1.8T Engine still starts and runs fine!!
