Ok SO Mad conversion for mk1/2/3 180hp 1.8t ---$2600---
not truly plug and play but everything you need to just connect up the positives and negatives etc
to have a running engine
PH 0406578373
I have been working towards a 20vt swap on a mk1 that i use every day
and after lots of stuffing about am left with this engine to sell.
the story is i need/want to do something about the engine in my mk1
So i bought the AUM 20vt...
then decided i wanted a full 16v build...
then decided it costs to much...
so im back to putting in a 20vt for solid reliable daily usage
After getting my hands on the TT mainly for the gearbox
I have since also found out the AUM runs the K03s on it,
and has the same internals as this AJQ.
So the main difference for me is a mate is already tuning the stock ECU for the AUM for 220 hp.
No Brainer im selling this TT engine now and using the AUM.
This TT engine was running perfectly fine before taking it out.
Im doing a cable shift conversion on my mk1 as well so also selling the TT engine with
the 16v Low Ratio Gearbox im currently using.
-----Sale Specs-----
1.8t Engine AJQ 180hp PLUG and PLAY with gearbox
Includes everything needed to wire up the engine and run.
The engine was running fine before i removed it.
Items included
-16V Low Ratio Gearbox to suit mk1/mk2
-Will come with engine mounts for mounting in a mk1
-Complete Wiring Harness
-Instrument cluster
-ignition barrel
-Key
-ECU
-O2 sensor from the car
-MAF
-I have arduously taken apart the complete Audi TT wiring harness to leave the wires that only matter
to running the Engine.
Wires are labelled the positives and negatives etc, and what they do.
You wont need to be a genius to figure it out but obviously some wires will need to be extended etc to
suit the layout of a mk1.
you will most likely just jam the tt instrument cluster up under the dash somewhere as its just their to
make things work otherwise you could always send the ECU of to get the immobiliser deleted.
-Complete SAI/N249/PCV/EVAP Delete with resistors in place
-timing belt pulley conversion so as to fit the mk1 engine mount also already done
Should be a straight forward Conversion for a MK1/MK2 if you can master your own plumbing etc
You will need a clutch kit and flywheel to fit onto the TT engine and that suits the 16v Box.
You will need a bit of exhaust work to get the o2 sensor in and the down pipe made.
I have also got the 5spd shift linkage kit for the 16v box if your running a 4 speed
---$2600---
following pics are of the engine as it stands im currently in the process of making the mounts
and finishing of the EVAP delete etc...
