well i can weigh them i guess, i know theyre lighter than r32 seats, by a lot

All Mk4 had side airbags, part of what made them the safest car of their time. First car to have ISO fix also.

Look for yellow connector under front seat, and should have "AIRBAG" embossed on side.

FYI not all MK4 seats had airbags. Got some in my shed, also have the entire loom with no airbag connector for the seats.

Mm.. just did a basic quote on smartsend.com.au (vaguely guessed weights and dimensions, so it might be way off) but I got a total of $800.. :/

Use e-go or someone similar - usually much more affordable than Aus Post.
