Ok The Answer would be Yes, Just found this for you, the TT parts are an upgrade from standard

Audi TT spindle conversion to mk4 VW TDI

A great write up that covers the conversion for the MK4 Platform
According to this write up the LCA of the TT has camber adjustment at the ball joint, Lots of Pics
