Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    QLD FS: Skoda Bolero Head Unit

    Hi - I'm picking up a 6 month old Yeti on 7/9/13 which comes with a Bolero head unit. I've already arranged to replace it within the next couple of weeks. I've put it on eBay if anyone is interested: Skoda Bolero CD MP3 Head Unit | eBay
    I'm in Brisbane, but will ship anywhere.
    It looks to be in like-new condition.

      Sorry, I wont be sure until the unit has been uninstalled. What should I look for? Is this the video input?

          If it fits a Yeti... then it should also fit a Fabia???

            I'm pretty sure it would, although not certain. There doesn't seem to be a video connector at the rear (not that I can see anyway)!

              I removed the unit yesterday - it looks absolutely perfect. Sounds fantastic too.
