After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. • VIC mk6 Driver Gear springs

Hey guys, have a set of VW Driver Gear springs made by Eibach + VW. They are listed under VW part number list as "sport springs" so they wont void warranty etc

These are linear springs, designed for use with stock struts and are the most comfortable springs Ive ever had.

Theyve been used approx 12k km, but I have a long commute along the freeway everyday.

    Part number = 5k3071677

Price = $200 firm, looking for quick sale

Located in South East Melb. Can organize to meet somewhere

Theyre currently in their box, everyone knows what they look like lol.
    Cheers

Probs too soft for a 4dr dsg tdi if you like to throw it around corners quickly, otherwise it was so so comfy.

I would basically buy the set just for the rears, my pedlars springs are really comfortable but the rear is to high, these look slightly better, so I might get them.

            Are this wheels 18s?

Also did you ever measure the wheel gap? Or guard to floor or anything?

            P.S mine is manual

yeah wheels are 18x8 et48 , wheel gap was like 1.5 - 2 fingers in the rear, initially it was about 2.5fingers but seemed to settle.

if worse comes to worse you always have a trusty angle grinder jokes haha
