From our Project Polo GTI 6R.
According to H&R Front lowering is 35-50mm, Rear is 40 - 55mm, we only ever had them set at minimum lowering.
This include a set of of adjustable camber / castor top mounts we had made up which were almost $700 in the day and allowed us to get track worthy alignment.
Damping is set, height is adjustable. These are dead quiet on the road (they utilise the factory rubber top hat).
We also double TIG Weld the sway bar mounting plates on these before installation (done)
In the original box with instructions ready for shipping. $2200
