215/40's are the biggest you can run without pumping the guards. That can also depend on the tyre brand itself.

Your speedo will be a little out but fitment wise no worries at all, just a touch of nice looking stretch. Please man jump on these so I don't spend anymore money

Reading all this too late! Why are you guys parting out the Polo? I see more than 1 item from project polo up for sale...this makes me sad

jayc29u, we loved this car, but ran out of development we could justify on the platform. The car always punched way above it's weight and was one of the best projects we ever undertook.

Good thing is, with our off the shelf parts, you can build a car that will spank & out lap many, many more expensive vehicles.
