Alright, I've had a major revelation and have decided to part with all my mk3 stuff, including the car so I can try and get myself into a mk5 of some sort. (BORING but whatever)
4-5 stud narrow track mk3 swap - $400
This is a package deal for everything you need to swap from 4-5 stud on your mk3. It will include the following items:
mk3 2.0 Driveshafts, control arms, hub carriers like new control arm bushes including R32 bushes, like new ball joints, VR6 hubs, drilled 2.0L rotors and VR6 outer CV joints and 14mm lug nuts.
Everything is already bolted together, all you need to do is unbolt your driveshafts, control arms, and whatnot and install mine. They have been sitting for a while so I'd recommend you regrease the inner CV joints but thats all thats needed.
Adaptec 40mm 5x100 - 5x130 Adapters - $100
comes with lug nuts
H&R 30mm 5x100 - 5x130 Adapters - $100
comes with lug nuts
16x8.5 ET56 and 9.5 ET65 BBS RS 5x130 - $1000
Front lips are .5', rears are 1'. Centres and waffles are painted in a 3M wrinkle grey/silver. Now the lips aren't perfect, I've spent a little time machine polishing them up to a reasonably nice condition. and was going to run them how they are. They come with 4 full height hex caps, one is polished. These wheels aren't assembled, so I can supply the original bolts with them (which are old and ratty) or I can supply brand new Gold bolts for an extra $150.
Fitment wise, with the adaptors listed above these wheels sit like a dream. Theres less than an index finger between the barrels and the struts and they come out all the way to the guards. The rear's poke about 5-10mm. So if you're planning on running these, you'll need to be low and have a little stretch.
EDIT: I just remembered I have .5' lips in good nick except they are in Melbourne at a mate place haha. I'll throw em in for free.
I'll do a package deal on the wheels, bolts and both adaptors for $1250.

Porsche D90's 16x8 ET52 - $800
Bought these and and they were my daily wheels, had them soda blasted and painted a very nice silver to match the centre caps I have for them. IMO these wheels look really nice, they're painted inside the barrels and all. Unfortunately due to the way they sat on my car, and a run in with a road works 2 of the wheels lips have a fair few paint chips. The other 2 however are spotty dog! They've got 195/45's on them in good nick. There's plenty of tread left, only thing is the 2 tyres on the chipped wheels both have a fair bit of sidewall scrub. (a lot actually) I'd drive on them, but its up to you whether you want to or not. I can't really be bothered removing the tyres so yeah.
2x Federal Formoza FD1 Tyres - $50
Got two perfectly good 165/50/15's sitting in the garage, they we 80-90% tread left and I want to get rid of them.
I've also got pretty much every part you could need for a mk3 on my wreck, so if you're chasing a window reg or something I should have it.
Will also have a 94' white mk3 2.0L 5 speed manual with around 200,000k's I'll sell for $500. Comes with a new clutch!!
I didnt forget photos, it's just dark here so I'll be updating with photos soon.
PM me about anything regarding any part that you need and I'll see what I've got. I can deliver anything to Sydney and possibly even Melbourne at a later date.
Cheers
Josh
