Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC rcd-510 price...

    I plan to change my rcd-510 with rns-510. What do you think how much rcd-510 worth for sale on ebay, gumtree or here?

    $200- $300 depending on the version The one with the big yellow 26 pin socket on the back is the best and most valuable one as you can run an RVC off it

      i will get rns-510 version P from germany...Frend of mine works there. Price around 1000$ AU

        It could be quite expensive to post it back, if there was something wrong with the unit, while the postage within AU is around $30 fully insured and the local support.

          Do you have p version on stock and what would be price? Also, i need latest maps and firmware installed..
          One more qustion: any chance to get google maps working on rns510?
          P.s. post fee $90 from germany

                Yeah, you are right...I do not know hoe much would be from Australia to Germany...At least, unit is brand new and should not be any problems....
