SA MK4 R32 side skirts

O guys I have a pair of side skirts to suit MK4 R32 golf. Bought these intending to install on my golf but was told by previous seller they would fit a four door but they don't. Only damage is a bend/ slight surface crack on one side. Doesn't look to be serious enough to not hold on. PM me for more info guys! buyer to pay for postage if interstate. looking around $180

Also is the skirt too long or too short for a 4 door.
Im asking as if its too long then it could be custom fitted for a 4 door
