Looking to sell these essentially new RECARO Young Profi Plus Baby Capsule & Isofix base

I've got a 7 week old boy and he's been in it 3 times, so they're basically mint. No poo-namis were had. I'd keep them, but I'm selling the car and won't be replacing it due to current finances, so these could go to a new home. I have everything that came with the capsule, except for the boxes as they were too big to store.

No. This seat is not legal for use in Australia

No. It was bought it from the UK.

Personally, I was not concerned that it didn't comply to ADRs on the grounds of it lacking a 'top tether'. I spoke with our local, RTA approved child restraint installer (for the wife's car) and he said that there are no safety concerns in it's use, just that an insurer could claim it didn't meet standards. It's easy to find the vast amounts of data (Government, and non-official) about these seats and our ADRs. So it's not legal, but I have no doubt about it's functionality and ease of use over the one fitted in our second car.
