What's the difference between LHD and RHD lights?

Fog & reverse lights are on the wrong side, so when you put your car in reverse you get a red light come on at the back. You also can't remove the error messages on the dash.
The biggest problem is they are not ADR compliant.

Hmmm... you could probably do something about the reverse light, but the other issues would be a hassle.
