They fitted my MKV R32 and I believe they fit the MK6 golfs.

Check your numberplate lights, some are screw in and some are clip in. These are clip in (wont fit my B6 Passat.)

I'm not too sure if the Licence Plate ones will fit the Tiguan?
you'll have to take out your existing ones, and see if the whole housing comes out.

I wanted to fit these onto My 11 Caddy, but they don't fit.

I think you'll find the Tig needs screw in lamps (as I've replaced mine in 2011 model). Unless they've changed the reverse lights in the 2012 model these ones won't fit.
