After a bit of thought i have decided to do somthing a little different with my mk1 so i am selling all running gear this is every thing you will need to 20vt your MK1.
Engine was built about 15k ago spec as follows:
Audi APU block New Rings and hone, oil pump, crank seals lightend and balanced T4 flywheel.
MK4 GTI AGU head (big port) valves laped , new stem seals ,steel head gasket , AGU inlet manifold , T4 3" throttle body.
K04 turbo was new when fitted 15k ago.
Full 3" custom exhaust 100 cell hi flow cat.
All plumbing ,MK2 16v radiator, intercooler etc.
02a Gearbox from corrado G60 T4 5 cyl clutch and slave all hydrolics braided hoses cables and shifter included proper mounts purchaced from uk.
Custom Mk1 shafts 100mm inner c.v's L/H turned down 5mm to prevent binding when car is dumped.
New haltceh sprint 500 ecu with K04 tune still in box not fitted polo gti loom spliced and ready to be wired. haltech boost controler.
New bosch 440cc injectors.
Heaps more stuff to from fuel pump to throttle cable.
This engine in the mk1 is mental i was runnnig a reliable 165kw at 18 psi with my old adaptronic ecu which i hated hence new haltech the engine and k04 will easy run 22psi with the right tuner 200kw would be possable.
I have bigger plans for the mk1 now so if any one is looking to do 20vt conversion here it is all done and ready to bolt in save your self a heap of time and dough.
