Sure are as per genuine.
There is an aftermarket GTI bumper seller based in Springwood (Brisbane) who's foglight surrounds have nothing to screw into, and needs serious cutting into the bumpers radiator area to fit standard Golfs, I found this out the hard way (I have photo's to prove this).
