I pulled this turbo from my MkV Tdi Golf and replaced it with a new turbo. The vanes are stuck and need a thorough clean and turbo will be right to go. There is no abnormal shaft play in the turbine. It would make a great turbo for your 8v project, by all accounts it will fit all VW 8v diesel & petrol engines and all 4cyl VW diesel engines from Mk4 onward.

Apparently a good upgrade for your 1.9 Tdi's, Caddy's etc.

I have a box the old turbo came in so could post anywhere in Australia via Australia post at the buyers expense or you could pick it up in Brisbane (Albion) or Sunshine Coast (Buderim), or I could be tempted to drop it off most places in between.

Asking price is $300. (don't be afraid to make an offer)

FYI this turbo will not fit 8V counter flow engines, the exhaust port design is wrong (so 1.9's are not compatible, nor any of the earlier 4 cylinder 8V engines).

If it fit my 1.9 8v I would buy it but as gldgti said it unfortunately won't.
