Been off the scene for a couple of years. But back with a vengeance with two mk1 cabriolets.
I am using the 1993 Karmann as a donor. I'm getting rid of the sweet running 1.8 8v k-jet engine and auto box.
Also got loads of other bits and bobs. I'll list more later...

Hey mate, does the cabrio come with rear disc? If so, are they similar to Mk2? I am after a rear caliper carrier for my mk2.

All Mk1's came with rear drums mate.
Best thing you can do is have a helicoil ( recoil) insert fitted, I can do that for you if need be .
