Parting out MK3 Cab. 2 door, VR6 parts and Air struts
Re: Parting out MK3 Cab. 2 door, VR6 parts and Air struts
For you sir $50 for the calipers, carriers and lines. But if you want 5x100 discs I can get you some brand new cheap cheap. Otherwise ill throw in some 4x100 ones
How much for the rear brake setup? Assuming I can use it on the MK1 that is.
Cabrio has pretty good brakes as it is GTI spec. If you can out brake them id be impressed. Some good pads, fluid and nice rotors will pull you up fine.
It would be a lot of work to adapt the VR6 stuff to a Mk1.

Vr6 rears are the same as, all mk3 and mk2 and I'm pretty sure same mount as the mk1

Yay, awesome - I'll take the 4x100 ones Will I need the handbrake cable? Or will the one from the existing drum brakes fit?
