Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA FS: 4 x 17 inch Denver Wheels and Dunlop SportMaxx tire set

    I have four (4) Volkswagen Polo GTI Denver wheels for sale.

    Wheels are unmarked, and they have done no more than 5000 kilometres. VW centre caps included.

    Bought them for my wife's 2010 TSI Polo, but she has decided that she prefers her OEM wheels. My loss is your gain.

    Priced way below replacement cost (wheels alone are almost $800 each from VW spare parts).

    Specs: Wheels are 17 inch, 5x100 ET 46 (Made in Spain by Ronel)

    $450.00 . Can deliver in Perth. Interstate enquiries welcome, but you pay freight, organise suitable packaging etc. I will deliver to transport company of your choosing.

      Christmas bump

      If not sold by 3rd week of January...it'll be wheels only. Will take the tyres off for re-installing onto the Boa Vista wheels and re-negotiate the price accordingly.

      Christmas present for your Polo, MKIV Golf etc

            Also, in 3 weeks time, tyres will be removed and thread will be changed to wheels only (and price adjusted accordingly).

            However, now is the time to buy the complete setup.

                why oh why, if this was in vic they would be on my polo right now (am looking for something to replace the stock 15"s with no luck at all locally )

                great price, surprised they havent sold actually

                also, i dont see anything wrong with a seller bumping his thread (to some extent)

                    Not sure why people say its a great price, they aren't moving which means the price is too high...

                    Not trying to offend, but if you're keen, they will go quickly for the right price.

                    Are you still thinking of splitting up? Wanted a go with the stock looking rims on the 9N3...

                      Not necessarily...have had lots of interest from eastern States members, but they fall away when they try to organsie freight.

                      Are you saying you want the rims? Best if you check the pattern etc....I believe they won't fit the 9N. More suited to any of the 6R or any MKIV Golf etc.
