VIC Mk4 Golf gearbox for sale - to suit AVU engine

Hi all,

I've got a manual gearbox for an AVU 1.6 mk4 golf. Only done about 30,000 to 40,000km since it had a rebuild and strengthened. I've got a reciept to show what was done.

Cost a fortune but looking to get maybe $1000 Ono.

This is a GREAT buy for anyone with an iffy AVU gearbox. Worlds better than a 2nd hand one from a wreckers with no history and old rivets inside. I found out the long, expensive and hard way, that the weakest point on a 1.6L golf is the factory un-strengthened gearbox with old rivets inside.

Yeah mate ive still got the whole engine/gearbox sitting in the shed lol even the computer and some of the wiring harness
